why do people run off to western nations.
I write this from personal study. I have personally not left the borders of this country even for once.i have barely travelled to 10 state in Nigeria basically for job hunting.
my people internet observation basically powered my research.
I will begin with the western nation and why people leave there country for western nations.
western nation have organise system they run successfully in to ensure political,economic,financial stability for their citizens and extra to accommodate immigrant that leave their country to join a working system.
This is a system built to be corruption proof This is because system and corruption cannot mix one has to leave for the other to dominate.
This system ensure that not a few people(cabals) that decide what happens in a western nation this is because this cabals are the corruption the system forms proof to.
This system workability is what attract immigrants to enjoy in western nation instead of bringing the system into there various nations so they wouldn't need to travel to western nations as immigrant.
This is what i call real problem facing Africa nations they have never had a leader that look into such issue about there nations and the rate of migration from Africa nations.
Many Africans in the western nation enjoy the benefit of a working system reason they dnt want to return home and bring solution to issue of high rate of migration from Africa nations.
Soon as Asia nations studied the system they implemented it in there nations and it began working for them Asian dnt migrate like African do to western nation.
Am not suggesting to hand over your nations to westerns to work it out for you as Asians never did they worked it out by themselves so should Africa figure it out about their nations so Africa can stay home and develop their nation rather then migrating western nation that keeps robbing it on our faces of our inefficiency as Africans that affect our employability in the global and remote job market.
because once you mention your country to an international recruiter that is the end of the interview because they dnt need not because you are incapable but because of the failed state of the nation that affect you employability. for example electricity and internet issue with African nation that can stand between you and getting a remote job. as a starter even.
I have personally applied to alot of remote jobs that electricity issue came between I and getting the job then the laptop capacity issue.
Now when I was in the university I was thought by my project supervisor where I wrote on birdflu that what stand between you and making money is being able to solve a problem whether organic or already know problem.
birdflu was an organic problem I wrote for my project.
So why am I siting problem solving.
if our politicians are truely politicains There can look around nation plenty organic problems and site them in their campaign.
Currently what African politicains should be looking into is to fix up a system in the nations that will kickout cabalism (corruption) fix a system that will be corruption proof because system and corruption can't work together.one have to leave for the other to exist.
now technology is we can deploy tech to build in a system that will help kick out cabalism starting from seat of presidency,senate to the masses.
once the nation system is built and functioning everyone citizen from masses to the leaders will start enjoying the benefit of their own nations and need to migrate will not be necessary.
Using Nigeria preparing for election in 2027 the masses will listen to the manifesto and wisely pick a leader that are problem solving in there manifesto.
what Nigeria need most to solve their problem is a a working system that automatically so the exit road to cabalism(corruption) as long as cabal keep benefiting from the country system will not work.
They are the first people to be shown the exit road.
This cabals doesn't only exist in the politicains but also in federal institution that suppose to serve the people but corruption(cabalism) in workplaces wouldn't let the services get to the people on the grassroot.
African nations must learn to use technology to fix a system that kick against corruption in leaderships, workplaces and grass root because there is cabalism everywhere technology need to teach them a lesson to alway learn to go through the door not the window.
This is what western nation deployed in there nations and kicking out cabalism in from system.
So if you visit the western nation do well to bring home what learn from their system into the Africa system so our image in the international community can be boosted so African can stop be cutout from western system in employment because of our unstable electricity and internet services.
it was the pain of counting my loses of remote job opportunity that inspired me to write to help save and solve Africa problem.
