The devil has no power of his own whatever he has was released to him by God in number of souls his able to deceive to himself.
we are the once empowering the kingdom of darkness against us by the number of souls we leave to the devil's camp.
So how much power he has is equivalent to how many soul his able to decieve to himself.
Once a soul is converted back to God in the Catholic church Satan looses power that is why they say soul winners are wise proverb 11:30.
This is because they are reclaiming powers from the devil in how many soul he was able to deceive.
