As spiritual person I cant explain why I make the choices I make

As a spiritual person I cant explain why I make the choices I make but am never wrong.

People criticise me for eating unripe mango but I just tell them it good for my body system ever since I started eating it.

Only to Google the benefit to understand the reason for my behavior towards unripe mango and I made a new discovery in the health system, fibre which the body is in dying need of is contained in an unripe mango reason it clear my body system and boost my immune system.

But the precaution is that excess of everything is bad so consume in moderation is adviced.

If I dare hear that price of unripe mango shoot up in the market for this breaking news I will bill business people dangerously for it and they still have to reduce the price loose after paying the excess they made our of it.

you dnt make money, business from people's basic amentity which is important health concern.

Eating unripe (green) mango in moderation offers numerous benefits, primarily due to its high concentration of Vitamin C, fiber, and unique antioxidants not as prevalent in its ripe form.

Key Benefits of Unripe Mango

Boosts Immunity Unripe mangoes are a phenomenal source of Vitamin C, which helps the body produce more disease-fighting white blood cells, strengthening your overall immune system.

Aids Digestion The high fiber content and digestive enzymes (amylases) in raw mango stimulate bile secretion and promote healthy gut bacteria, providing relief from issues like constipation, indigestion, and acidity.

Prevents Heat Stroke and Dehydration A traditional remedy during hot weather is drinking juice made from raw mango and water (often with salt and a sweetener like jaggery), known as "aam panna." This drink helps cool the body, prevents excessive loss of sodium chloride and iron through sweat, and maintains electrolyte balance.

Supports Heart Health Unripe mangoes contain niacin (Vitamin B3), fiber, potassium, and antioxidants like mangiferin, all of which contribute to lowering cholesterol, improving blood circulation, and maintaining healthy blood pressure levels.

Aids in Weight Management Being lower in sugar and calories but higher in fiber than ripe mangoes, they help you feel full for longer, curb cravings, and boost your metabolism.

Promotes Liver Health They are considered beneficial for the liver as they increase bile acid secretion, helping to cleanse the intestines and remove toxins from the body.

Improves Blood Disorders The richness in Vitamin C helps improve the elasticity of blood vessels and increases the formation of new blood cells, which can help manage conditions like anemia.

Important Precautions

While nutritious, unripe mango is quite tart and acidic. It should be consumed in moderation (around one mango or one cup per day) to avoid potential side effects such as throat irritation, stomach pain, or acidity. Avoid drinking cold water immediately after eating it, as it can coagulate the sap and increase the risk of irritation.
