So back to sender is biblical psalm 24 but for God's, holyspirit  use only to enforce ten commandement law against unbelievers wolves in sheep clothing,in our organisation,government offices like human right commission collecting salaries from government to suck human blood in religion freedom ,entertainment (movie and music) indusries,broadcasting station,social internet  platforms like Facebook,YouTube paying to terrorism humans by what they allow to fearure through their platforms,in our currency introducing Lilian currency with image of the holyspirit and cross as symbol of catholic faith  for worldwide use to withdraw money from the hands and access of humans who use it to terrorise humanity in wars- making nuclear weapons  paying money  to unleash entertainment broadcasts  in movie and music,news that promote devil work against God in humanity prices of goods and services must crash down to the last minimium in war against evil inflation using cashless policy by cbn world wide,government taxes on income must never exceed 3% and government must pay tithe to the catholic church for their service in morality to humanity monthly so will humanity individually and the Catholic church must give 10% of the total tithe collected monthly to the holyspirit for release of stores house of humanity destines according to book of  malachi, government houses must be under lock and key and all arm security withdrawn from all government officials they shall hence forth begin to live in the midst of the people they govern no more  government houses ,aso rock for them the people you govern remains your security if you do well in implementation of policy that impart them  they will protect you otherwise reverse becomes the case. 

The new commander in chief of all army forces world wide is now the holyspirit no more blood shed in the name of arm forces as your responsibility is to protect the masses from their leaders ,federal system of government remains official system world wide  ,one language-English  ,all English speaking people end of tribalism,law and constitution used to terrorise humans and unleash injustices must comply with ten commandments,political platforms not founded in ten commandments shall be closed down no more payment to become nominated for a political office it's a free for all access as longer you have something to office and multiple party system is allowed ,community leaders not complying with ten commandments shall be refused from office  , catholic church leaders from pope to the least priest must be as holy as the eucharist they carry otherwise kiss your priesthood good bye,families and marriages that must stand must be only catholic marriages in ten commandement law between only one man and one woman  marry only because you want to keep the law not because of sex,money,power ,connection children , individuals must live their lives free from sexual immortality, cultural practices of traditional marriage rite in bride price but come to and end from 18th January 2026,burials no more killing of cows cooking  or elaborate condolence show and church must not levy the dead family all you owe the dead is a Catholic mass and it all end there,only approved organisation in the Catholic church is cmo,cwo,cyon,kindred system in communities is abolished  because it's a unit of evil against God plan for families. Business must comply with ten commandments law you must never do business in excess profit  with human basic amenties like water,clothing,transport, internet, communication,light, energy,health, housing ,land and housing materials, food especially fruits you pluck from tree that grow without you contributing anything to it how dare you place a price tag on them etc starting this Sunday 18th January 2026.
