Value centered marketing approach

Value centered marketing approach buy product of company with human value not dehumanise employee to achieve sales that is why we have many bad evil business people you can stop them.


I dnt push company's that dnt push moral values in marketing policy I stand for which is making the best out of your staff who are the company value carrier before the product they have to market that attract the kind of customer I attract for them. How they treat me is mirror reflection of the value they pushout there in their product customers see and place high value on the company and it's products. this is a strong foundation for not immediate sales but future sustainable sale


Yesterday after what happened in the office exposing the how   Yoruba's mismanage many company's in Nigeria by their recolonization and slavery marketing policies of basing salaries on target dehumanising staff to achieve sales  instead of the company pushing itself for the staff to have something to push the company with called having competitive edge in marketing.


So I got home and confronted a Yoruba Muslim tailor in our street about his people's way of life in company's they manage as I was still talking to him someone that presented himself like a customer interest in investing huge in our telecom started excusing me to talk to me while words where still in my mouth about my survival on the job because of yorubas management style in the company  so I turned and asked him why his excusing me on a very important matter about my survival on my job he wants to invest in our company about. So he faulted my approach and left so I wondered where I have gone wrong. Is it not of I survive on the job that you can do business with me and it was my survival I was seriously discussing that you where excusing me for. You should have been patient because you dnt know how much more important what I was discussing was over making sales for the company that wants to dehumanise me to make sales.

I was not wrong the customer was by faulting me I dnt need customers who dnt  share  in my personal value about things we market to them. You market what reflect you value that is attracting your kind of customer. So I bullshited him immediately and he left without a trace.


So if I leave vitelwireless I leave with my value that where attracting the kind of customer I was bring into their connect for them. My value goes with me in anything I must venture into and sales. I dnt sale what doesnt reflect my moral value in marketing period next customer please.


When customer who have value for life and company with value for life meet solid business happen and that is what I call good business
