Divine judgement for system of Government and tax law.
Federal system of government remains the most effective system of managing the entire state that make up a nation.
system of government is not the problem but the leaders with selfish motives is the problem with government.
Because if am to control the entire nations from America I will need a central representative of a nation to enforce the law for all state of a nation at the same time instead of visiting each states and addressing issues state by state I address at the federal level from where it flows to all other states.
Government tax system must never be above 3% of people's income. Government is not above God's laws in the Catholic church but under the law of the catholic church and must pat tithe from total tax collected to the catholic church.
This is why America is not running properly different state operated by different laws a country needs a central system of operating that influence every other states law.
And this is my final decree for all nations federal system of government for all nations.
Heaven bear me wittness to this decree for all nations of the world.
