Tithe are entitlement divine right of the Gods.tithe are paid to only the God's, the trinity in their holy Roman Catholic Church to release destines as the key holders of kingdom of heaven destines.

 Tithe should never be paid to idols claiming God's in non Catholic, non christians religions aiming to kill,steal and destroy destines through tithe received from souls they have no divine right to.

Hence for this act of wickedness a d crimes by the non Catholic and non christians religions against God in souls they have killed stolen and destroyed their destines proverb 13:22 is for them and their ill gotten wealth and church buildings of the wicked idols in the name of Christ killing stealing and destroying destine shall be transferred back to the Catholic Church possession and 10% of the total collected and transfered loots from the idols are to be  surrendered to the holyspirit for release of destines of souls in their custody in divine justice dark tunnel narrow road winning souls back to the Catholic Church working with divine right commission preaching the Catholic Church and living the  ten commandments back to God in the Eucharist.
