I decree and declare by the authority in my catholic baptism with heaven as my wittness.

by this evidence  I pass my Divine judgement  of proverb 13:22 against them world wide and take over charge of all their sources of income from the government of all nations for the soul winning mission of the Catholic church as the Catholic church spiritual figure  leader in catholic royalty called by God in the eucharist himself from my mother's womb and anionted me to action to rescue the human world from decay of the devil in religion Freedom after many years of spying and being a survillance antennae camera of activities of all the religion in the world and gathered evidences against the organisation of origin.
